- Order details: topic, deadline, subject, uploaded instructions.
- Payment metadata processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store card numbers.
- Technical data: IP, browser, and analytics events used to secure and improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your order, communicate with you about it, prevent fraud, comply with US and international law, and improve the service. We never sell your data.
Sharing
Assigned writers see only your order brief — never your name, email, or university. Payment processors, hosting providers, and legal authorities receive data only when strictly required.
Data retention
Completed orders and uploaded files are permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after delivery. Account data is retained for up to 24 months, then anonymized.
Your rights
